  • “Services” refers to global shipping, customs clearance, automotive import/export, and related logistics services provided by NextPort.

2. Scope of Services

NextPort offers freight forwarding, customs clearance, global shipping solutions, supply chain consultation and vehicle import/export services worldwide. Our services are subject to availability, regulations, and third-party involvement such as carriers, customs authorities, and agents.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion, with or without notice.

3. Shipping and Customs

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipment details and ensuring compliance with the customs regulations of the destination country.
  • NextPort facilitates customs clearance in the U.A.E. and works with trusted agents worldwide to ensure transparency and smooth processing.
  • All customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Automotive Transactions

  • NextPort assists in vehicle import/export by verifying sellers, comparing prices, and managing logistics.
  • While we strive to verify vehicle legitimacy, NextPort is not liable for any discrepancies, misrepresentation, or hidden defects in vehicles purchased from third-party sellers.
  • All automotive transactions require full payment before shipment processing.

5. Payments and Fees

  • All payments for services must be made in full before shipment or clearance begins.
  • Any additional fees arising due to incorrect documentation, customs penalties, or shipping delays are the client’s responsibility.
  • Prices and quotes provided are based on the latest exchange rates, regulations, and market conditions and are subject to change without notice.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • NextPort is not responsible for delays caused by customs, port authorities, weather conditions, or third-party carriers.
  • We are not liable for damage or loss caused by improper packaging, accidents, force majeure, or negligence by third-party shipping providers.
  • Insurance coverage for shipments is optional and should be arranged upon request.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing before shipment processing begins.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to service completion status and may involve administrative fees.
  • Once a shipment is in transit, no refunds or modifications can be made.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the NextPort website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of NextPort and may not be copied, modified, or used without written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and protect your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Client data is used only for shipment processing, customer service, and internal analytics.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.).
  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, will be subject to arbitration in Dubai.
